Solaris 8 installation on ASUS P4-Intel 850 Chipset

Whether Solaris 8 supports Intel 850
chipsets?I'm trying to install solaris on a P4
machine.Installation media (CD) boots properly,scan
hardware and proceeds upto installation options (
1.Interactive
2.Custom Jumpstart ) and when any of the options is
selected,installation process proceeds to load some
drivers & there it reboots the machine & the loop
continues.The hardware details are as
ASUS P4T-M bios Rev 1004
GeForce 4MX AGP with 32 MB TV-out card
128 MB RDRAM/40GB ATA-100,5400 RPM,IDE-HDD.
