Solaris 8 internet connection

<DIV>Good Morning ! </DIV>
<DIV>I am a beginner in solaris administration. I have a solaris 8 box (i86) . And I am trying to connect to the internet via DSL. My ISP has given me 2 static ip addresses . I have gone through the steps described in solaris guide . </DIV>
<DIV>But still something is not falling in place and i am not able to connect to the internet. I tried different steps from different articles and ended up changing lot of configuration files , reinstalling the solaris 8 software itself etc., </DIV>
<DIV>Can somebody help in giving me the detailed step by step instruction of doing this task ? And also can some one point out how a named.conf file is created in solaris 8 ?</DIV>
