SUMMARY RE: Unable to fork

Thanks very much to all that responded. Most every one pointed to - you are
out of memory. The process, textprocmain.ksh, turned out to not be the
problem , just an innocent bystander. When I ran top lo and behold, here is
process consuming lost of cycles. This is a vendor process and when I
pointed this out to them, they had launched it late yesterday. Kill the
process and all was well.

Vendor says the 450 has a problem . I think its his process.
Any advice is appreciated
