UFS performance papers

i am trying to convince the company to replace the vxfs standard by ufs.
I have the technical advantages and disadvantages in mind, but some guys
want to have some papers where they can read some comparisons (non technical
people).
I found one post in the list but there is no URL where to get this paper:
