Where do I find iplanet DS for solaris9

If you read
http://www.sun.com/smi/Press/sunflash/2002-05/sunflash.20020522.2.html
it says: "Solaris 9 OE also integrates the Sun ONE Directory Server, an
industry-leading foundation for open, scalable identity management."
at "sun.com/software/download" there is just an iplanet DS 5.1 for solaris8.
1) Does anyone knows where the DS for solaris9 is hidden, and
2) What kind of license is it on it.
