Changing NVRAM chip

Have been searching through the archives and sunsolve but no luck. I have
to replace a motherboard and the NVRAM chip on an Ultra 1. This is just a
'plain' system with one disk, and one NIC.

Are there any precautions I need to take after/when replacing these items,
espcially the NVRAM chip? I'm not too concerned with the MAC address
changing, but what could the HOSTID or SYSID realistically do to the system?
Do these have anything to do with the WWN of the drives, therefore requiring
me to do a 'boot -r' or drvconfig?

Thanks,
Marco
