DR Kernel Cage is DISABLED

hi,

I got some really good replies for this.

Actually DR is not enabled by default which is the

same case with my system. that is why when it comes up

it is giving te message that DR is disabled but it

also reports that the firmware on my sysem supports

the dynamic reconfiguration.
