Solaris 8 patch 108693-04 breaks metatool

I just applied the Disksuite patch 108693-04 to an Ultra 2 with
Solaris_8_MU3 and recommended patch cluster installed. When I run
metatool, open up the disk view and point to a partition on one of the
drives, it dumps core. Backing out the patch fixes it. The same thing
happens on the Intel version (patch 108694-04). Is this a known
problem?
