FCode error

I'm wondering if anyone has seen this error before.
Invalid FCode start byte at ffc8e000
Server setup is as follows:
E6500
Solaris 2.5.1 patched w/ latest Reccommended
OBP 3.2.29
VXvm 3.04 (patched)
Vxfs 3.3.3 (patched)
2 sbus io boards w/ 2 Gbic cards
1 pci io board w/ a quad enet & Fore ATM adapter.
A5200 FC disk array (Patched)
I've been to sunsolve and there's nothing there that I haven't done
already in trying to solve this problem. Is this something that can be
ignored if I can't find a solution immediately? Thanks in advance. Will
summerize.
