sun cluster part number and configuration

My Company have plan to buy two sun fire 280 R with D100 Storage and
configured as Cluster.
Our Vendors submit the different configuration for the SunCluster 3.0 Software
wich i think it's too expensive
(fyi, this machine for Oracle RAC-real application server)
they submit suncluster with:
1. CLWIS-300-B999SC , 3.0 lic for sunfire 280R ( 2 items)
2. CLAIS-30P-9999 , SC 3.0 OPS (RAC) Licence ( 2 items)
3. CLAIS-30R-9999 , SC 3.0 HA Oracle Agent ( 2 items)
and it price about 30K US , i think it's too expensive.
Has anyone setup as this configuration ?
and which part of suncluster i must buy for above configuration ?
I really need yours help..
