HI,

I've recently begun a sequence of upgrades and I've noticed something odd.
On ultra-10 machines running Solaris 2.6, my ffbconfig -prconf shows
identical information in all fields EXCEPT in the the monitor sense ID and
the possible resolutions. The older machines return a sense ID of 0 (Sun
39x29cm monitor), whilst the newer machiens return a sense ID of 4 (again,
a Sun 39x29cm monitor). As far as I am aware the monitors are identical,
and the underlying hardware is the same.

I would like to move the machines to higher resolutions if they really are
available. Does anybody know what is going on here?

Regards,

Bernard McAuley,
