NVRAM reset (STOP-N) on a serial console?

I have a Netra t1125 which seems to have corrupted it's NVRAM. ISTR
that it's possible to reset it by holding down STOP and N whilst the
the power is switched on but this system doesn't have a bitmapped
display or Sun keyboard.

Is there an equivalent procedure for a terminal console?
