swapping CPUs

We're currently moving some hardware around, and I've got two E250s open
on the floor of the systems room. We swapped 2x300MHz UltraSPARC II procs
out of one and into the other. The other had 1x400MHz UltraSPARC II. The
first system refuses to boot with the 1x400 -- it boots fine with 2x300,
but when I swap in the 1x400, the power comes on, the drives spin up, and
nothing else happens.

Thoughts?
