dtmail and nfs

The original question was:

The answer is:

1. Make sure ToolTalk is running on your mailserver. If not install it

   with /usr/openwin/bin/install_tt.

2. Also the ToolTalk patch 100626-08 needs to be installed on the

   mailserver.
