boot 2.6 CD on a Ultra 10

I am trying to install Solaris 2.6 on an Ultra 10 and having the following
problem when trying to boot from the install CD

Sun Ultra 5/10 UPA/PCI (Ultra Sparc IIi 440mhz)

Rebooting with command: boot cdrom
Boot device: /pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3/cdrom at 2,0:f File and Args:

boot: cannot open kernel/unix
Enter filename [kernel/unix]:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------

I have tried multiple 2.6 CD's I can boot fine from a Solaris 8 CD.

Any ideas?
