find command to exclude searching on certain directories

In addition to that, I would like to list out those
world writable files or dir but I do not want to check
/tmp, /dev and /devices

Please help me. I've search thru the archive but it
seems like some of the summary provided in the archive
is not quite right and I did not get the expected
result.
