Define Multiple routes for IPMP

Hi,

How to define multiple routes for a given defined IPMP Network
Interface.
i.e define multiple gateways for IPMP.

We have the following scenario

eri1: 172.30.16.4 ( Physical IP )
eri1:1 172.30.16.5 ( Logical IP )
hme0: 172.30.16.6

we have following two routes ( two seperate switches connected )

172.30.16.254 ( switch1 )
172.30.16.253 ( switch2 )

Would appreicate prompt response.
