limiting concurrent logins (repost)

Figured it might be good to repost this when everyone is actually wake...
Would anyone happen to know how to limit the number of concurrent logins
under Solaris 9? I know with 8 or less you could get the Resource
Manager and run limadm. However, according to Sun's website the RM has
been bundled into 9. I can't find what to edit or run to set the
concurrent login limit under 9 (ie, no limadm). Can someone shed some
light on this? I shall continue to Google...
