Cloning drives

I would like to clone a couple of Solaris/SPARC hard drives. Does anyone
have any tips on how to do this? I have a 4GB boot drive that I would like
to clone to a 9GB drive, and I would like to be able to boot from the 9GB
drive as well )in case the 4GB craps out on me). I also have a 4GB boot
drive that I want to clone to another 4GB drive. I know I can use something
like dd for the identical drives, but what can I do for different drives?
One of the boot drives is Solaris 8 and the other boot drive is Solaris 6,
if that makes a difference. I guess what I'm looking for is something like
Ghost for Solaris. Has anyone used g4u (http://www.feyrer.de/g4u/) to do
this?
