Gridware help

HI !
I`d like to know how to configure the
gridware to run a job on a remote host.
I've already configured the master/submission
and the execution host, ether added the
port on /etc/services.
When I try to run, it tell me the queue
is temporaly unavalied!
The daemons are running in both hosts.
