SCSI Error

God I love mondays! Just got a call from a client whose system will boot
up...Not being in front of the system makes things a bit
difficult....Especially when talking to a non-unix person. Here are the
errors that they are getting...
warning: hwc_parse: no expansion for class scsi
That repeats about 15 times then...
cannot accept drivers for root
Then I guess the system dies...Is this is a Controller problem? The "nice
people" over there unplugged the power supply and that is what caused all
those problems. Please help, thanks in advance,
