SCSI errors

We have a problem with a fiber channel array on a Sun Enterprise 450. The
host adapter is a QLA2100. In /var/adm/messages we get the following
messages that seem to start rather randomly:

'aborted': retrying command

Sometimes the (ssd5) is (ssd6). In the log files, nothing of important
happens before these errors begin to appear.
Any suggestions would be really useful.
