Internal V880 disk seem slow.

Got a V880, (8x750, 32GB RAM, 108528-13). I've just
copied the root disk to another of the spare internal
drives and it's taken about 4hrs. Iostat was reporting
the transfer rates as being about 4Mb read/write per
second. Internal drives are all 32Gb FC Seagates.
Command used was
dd if=/dev/dsk/c1t0d0s2 of=/dev/dsk/c1t13d0s2
bs=16384k
I experimented with block sizes (8k upwards) but tx
rates remain the same.
In comparison my old ES40 (4x500, 4Gb, Tru64 5.1)
with bog stock SCSI internals is running 8-10Mb/s using
exactly the same command.
Anyone got any ideas what I might be able to look at to
try to improve things? One thing we do have set is the
following in connection with the Clariions we use.
* Start Of EMC Parameters
set sd:sd_max_throttle=20
* set sd:sd_io_time=0x78
set scsi_options=0x7f8
* End Of EMC Parameters
Cheers
Joe
