[sun-managers] UPS question

This is for the power gurus. Isn't it not advisable to have a UPS connected
to a circuit that is already being filtered by another UPS? For instance,
having a UPS for a desktop system when the power circuit is already
connected to an enterprise-level UPS. I vaguely remember the reason being
some sort of feedack loop, but I'm not sure.
