Desperately seeking gigabit ethernet drivers for S2.6

which I can't upgrade from S2.6 at this time, and which appears
to be missing drivers for the Sun gigabit ethernet Sbus adapter,
V2.0/3.0, spares # 501-4375, X1140.
The card evidently shipped with a driver CDROM included, and
we have these installed in two systems here, but if there were
ever CDs around for those cards, they are long gone now.
Any chance anyone out there has the aforementioned card, AND
might possibly have the driver CD, from which perhaps an image
could be made, and/or the contents copied off somewhere?
