scsi problem

Hi,

I have a 420R with Solaris 2.8.

For some reason I keep getting the following messages -

/pci at 1f, 4000/scsi at 3(glm0)
connected command timeout for target 6. 0
/pci at 1f, 4000/scsi at 3/sd at 0.0(sd0)
SCSI transport failed: reason 'reset': retrying command

Does anyone knows what could be the problem ?

Any help/suggestion will be appreciated.
