Listing files

Hi All,

I have a problem in listing the files in a folder in solaris 5.8.
When the total number of files in the folder exceeds a limit the ls command was unable to list the files. Only after moving few files i was able to list the file using ls and ls -l.
Is this is solaris bug? do you have any patch to solve it?
