interrupt level 5 not serviced

We have a one E4500/E5500 ( Solaris 2.6 / 105181-12 ) system at one of
customer location.
After replacing a faulty SIMM module it is generating below mentioned
error.
unix: warning : interrupt level 5 not serviced.
After this one of our application crashing very frequently. Kindly suggest
wat cud be possible
reasons behind this; Since i not able to collect any information about
interrupt level 5.
