Solaris Intel crashes.

We have a Solaris 7 on Intel machine.
System Configuration:
1 GB Ram
1 CPU
Oracle 8.1.6
Our system crashes every other day with the following error:

I tried to analyze using the iscda.sh script and it hangs.
If anyone had this problem please post.
