System Slowing down

Hello everyone,
I am having a problem where system has become very slow. This is Solaris 2.6
, E10k with 16GB memory and oracle 8.1.6. Below is the out put of some
commands. Also Oracle has be complaining about the processes Private memory
exhausted.
Can any one tell me ehat this means or how to resolve it...?
