SCSI Transport Error.

Hi,
we are having a production SUN server.....Enterprise 4000.

SunOS phys-mwm2 5.5.1 Generic_103640-33 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-Enterprise

i have got the following error on the /var/adm/messages file that says:-

Does this mean that the SCSI Bus had a temporary problem? please advise what
needs to be done in this regard. i will Summarize.
