Strange Panic on V440 sol 9

Today I had a v440 panic and reboot with no appearant cause. The only thing
that I could find was in our console logs which I will paste in the bottom of
this email for everyone to view . Unfortunatly dumpadm was not configured on
this server . The machine is running Solaris 9 /w Apache in a 4 node veritas
cluster and is also patched with the 6/06 patch cluster.

bash-2.05# dumpadm

So i changed it to be:

bash-2.05# dumpadm

Dump device: /dev/md/dsk/d1 (swap)
Savecore directory: /var/crash/grb-ab-tmp-170
Savecore enabled: yes

Anywho has anyone seen this error befor ?..here is what i have for logs.
