sys-unconfig and HP Jetadmin

Hello,

I recently migrated to an E250 running Solaris 7. I initially configured the
E250 with a temporary IP address and host name so it would not conflict with
the server it was going to replace.

When I was ready to move the E250 into production, I used the sys-unconfig
command to change the host name and IP address to the production values.

This worked fine, however, we ran into problems with some 3rd party
applications such as VsiFax and HP's Jetadmin software. Aliasing the
temporary host name in /etc/hosts seemed to clear up VsiFax, however, the HP
Jetadmin software still isn't completely functional.

I can add printers to the spooler and send jobs to them, however, when I
attempt to access a previously added printer, the software states that "no
HP network printer has been configured".

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Jetadmin software (version
D.06.21). This has not helped.

There must be a file (somewhere) which still has the temporary host name
and/or IP address stored.

Does anyone have any idea where I should look?

Has anyone else run into similar problems using sys-unconfig?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
