symbios(question)

Got two stations: One ultra1 with non-symbios card and
ultra10 with symbios scsi card. Ran: kdb -k,
scsi_options/X and got: 3f8 on both.

ultra1/scsi runs fine but ultra10 scsi gives me
"unable to obtain status" after data transfer ,time to
time.

Ultra5/symbios would be the same also?.
