Newbee /Novice/Making E450 internet ready

Hi Buds
This is my first post.I am not sure if am allowed to post this.
I need to make my 450 Internet ready.
I am using a speed touch USB cable modem for my PC .
How can I use the same conection on my E450?
How can I set up Rlogin so a freind can login and can try to set it up as a webserver.
