local printer, need two names

I have two local printers lp1 and lp2. lp1 has failed and will never be

replaced. How can I keep the lp1 queue and have the jobs print on lp2?

Solution:

In the file: /var/spool/lp/admins/lp/printers/lp1/configuration, I changed

the device definition from 'printer1' to 'printer2'. All seems to be working

well. All of my tests as root and operator worked, and I have no users

complaining.
