Is there a way to use Sorbs or spamhaus (or anywidely used spam database) with the bility to exc

Dear All

Is there a way (using additional software on solaris) to use spamhaus
,sorbs ...any effecient spam database with sendmail with the ability to
exclude certain ips( i meant that if certain ips are black listed in
sorbs for example ...can i allow sendmail to receive mails from them
though sendmail.cf is configured to check sorbs)
