DCHP Sol9 with secondary IP-Addresses

why is dhpd unable to lease out addresses from the secondary ip-net.
say server has ip x.x.x.x and secondary ip 192.168.1.2.
Then in dccp-config i only see the x.x.x.x net & not the 192... , which
would be very handy
combined with NAT on the router. :-(
