SE Toolkit & Invalid Port

I have an incredibly busy server which is reporting a large number of
"Incoming connection refused: invalid port. RST sent"'s via the SE toolkit.
I'd like to track down the cause of the problem - what should i look for
in snoop, or is there another tool i should be aware of?
