T300 + FC Switch Installation Issues

This feeds two channels, one from each card, into a Brocade Silkworm
2800 switch.
On the other end of the switch, is a pair of T3 partner groups.
Each one with 4 LUN's per partner group.
The idea behind this configuration is FC link availability and
some scalability.
The biggest issue I'm having is that when I leave the cards in 'default'
they can see the T3 arrays just fine. However when I try to wire down the
config so that the device names are actually hardware based, the
T3's dissapear.
How can I get a listing of all the devices on a FC loop? luxadm
doesn't seem to do very much, but I could be missing the
magic incatation.
