E450 power problem.

I have an E450 here that seems to have a power problem. There are 3
power supplies in them ( that were working before the machine was
shipped ) that now don't seem to work. The last Power LED on all 3
supplies is off. Thats the DC Status LED. What can I re-seat to fix
that? I tried pulling out a power supply and re-seating it, but that
didn't help.
Further info: Power switch on the back is turned on, 2 of the 3 LED
turn green, but the last one stays off. The power key on the front does
nothing. The power source (UPS) powers another 3 supply 450 nicely.
(same cord etc).
