V240 hangs while booting

I am having a V240 server running with Solaris 9 with latest patches
installed....Also the OBP level 4.11.4...the problem i am facing is that while
booting it hangs after the message "Hardware watchdog enabled" after this no
message comes on the screen.....I tried booting the server with boot -avr
option but still the problem persisted....i tried booting the server with
cdrom it booted fine...without any errors
Any help in this case will be appreciated.
