v240 stuck on Configuring Devices

Managers,

I'm upgrading a v240 with S8 installed to S10.

For some reason it's stuck on "Configuring Devices." The Status indicator
keeps on spinning and never stops.

What's odd is my other v240 did not get stuck on "Configuring Devices."
Although they were never a solaris 8 upgrade.

I do have a SUN dual port 2GB hba in the server.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
