2 isdn lines on a cisco router...(off topic ? )

Working on Solaris 7 (intel platform). We have 2 ISDN BRI lines
plugged into a cisco 2610 router.
1. How do I integrate these 2 BRI lines to get a combined bandwidth?
2. If I do not integrate these lines, then is it possible to configure
in
such a way that a few users connect over the first BRI and others only
thru
the second BRI line?
