poppassd make problem

I asked:

Thanks for all the answers that I got. Most of them stated that I should
install additional SUN packages (SUNWarc). I checked and yeah... it was
missing on my sun station running 2.5.1
I got great help from Johnie Stafford who helped by compiling it himself. I
did the installation and it all went fine.
