SNMP manager for Solaris - need advice

Hello All,
I'd like to run a Network Management Station (NMS) on Solaris that would
talk to various SNMP Agents polling the events and also intercept SNMP
traps and send notifications.
Can someone recommend a suitable solution or a product?
