diff in df-k and du -sk

I have E6500 server on which all the time it shows difference of 6 to 10GB
between df -k and du -sk output. Everyday around 20GB files gets deleted and
that much is written again and all the time df -k increases from 4GB to 8GB but
du -sk shows proper , because of above reason partition becomes 100% after 8 to
9 days. If I unmount and mount this partition it releases this space. But I
cann't do it every time as this is production server.
The files which gets deleted are not being used by any process during deletion.
Following are the details of this server.
O.S --> Solaris 7 KJP 106541-19
partition size --170519136 used (around 132GB)
Need help to solve this problem
