Solaris Upgrade - Effect on Disksuite ?

we're considering whether to upgrade or build from scratch an existing
Solaris 2.6 box to Solaris 2.8.
One of the things we need to consider is how our Disksuite filesystems
are affected.
Can we do an upgrade from Sol 2.6 to Sol2.8 without having to rebuild
our Disksuite objects ?
Does anyone have experience of a 2.6 to 2.8 Upgrade ?
Our box has a standard 2.6 configuration (old patch revision due to
software
running on system) on an E450 with a D1000 disk array attached.
