Invalid disk label

To All:

I'm experiencing a problem on my Solaris system which is hooked up to an
EMC San using a Clarion and receiving an IO error and when I go into
/var/adm messages it comes up with Invalid disk label.
Has anyone every experienced this or know where I may begin to try to fix
this issue?
