write cache question

I'm unable to find any decent doc on this, so hoping someone will have
some ideas... I've started using the SRS Netconnect from Sun. It keeps
reporting hundreds of non-critical memory errors -- write cache high.
Wondering how to figure out what this means and how to tune to prevent.

SunFire 4800, T3 array, vxfs file system.
